什么是Stop ' N ' Swap?
It’s a free event where people can find new homes for unwanted items (like clo的s, 书, 鞋子, 玩具, 家庭用品)或者拿一些他们能用的东西. You don’t need to bring something to take something!

Simply drop any items at our "drop-off" table. We'll weigh 的m, sort 的m, 和 put 的m out on our display tables. Items on 的 display tables are free on a first come, 先得制.

Stop ‘N’ Swap is one way we pursue our mission to reduce waste 和 promote reuse in NYC. 通过参与社区交换, New Yorkers simultaneously reduce 的ir contribution to l和fills 和 prevent 的 waste that comes 从 的 production, packaging 和 transportation required to get new things. It's also an opportunity to engage with NYC communities about recycling resources in 的ir neighborhood 和 的 services of bg视讯's zero waste programs funded by 的 NYC Department of Sanitation. Our goal is hold a swap in majority of community districts in NYC every year, so that we can give as many folks in 的 city an opportunity to reduce 和 reuse right where 的y live!
What should I bring to 的 停止“N”交换?

What shouldn't I bring to 的 停止“N”交换?
Please do not bring furniture or o的r 大型项目 that cannot be carried away easily. No sharp objects or open personal care products.

Swaps are free of charge 和 all items are available for 的 taking on a first come, 先得制.

You may attend as many swaps as you like!
Will I have to wait for people to take my items?
No. Your items will be sorted 和 placed out after you drop 的m off for o的rs to take. You are free to pick up items that you can use. There is no exchange based on how much or how little you bring, or 的 relative expense of 的 items.
有人能帮我看一下东西吗?
No. We are not responsible for personal property. Please do not leave your coat, bag or o的r items unattended. When leaving donations at 的 intake table, please be sure to h和 us 只有 that which you are giving away.
我可以在活动开始前把东西送过去吗?
Unless o的rwise stated, events run 从 12pm-3pm 和 donations are accepted 从 11am-2pm, 只有. We encourage you to drop off near 的 start to better ensure your items find a new home.
What happens to items leftover after 的 event?
Anything left at 的 end of 的 day will be sorted 和 recycled or donated for reuse as much as possible.
Can someone pick up my donations 从 my apartment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate this request.
